Clean Bean Dog Walking ("Clean Bean," "we," "us") is a small dog-walking service in St. Paul, MN. This policy explains what information we collect through cleanbeanwalk.com and how we use it. We keep this simple because our business is simple.

Information we collect

• Account information — your name, email address, and (optionally) mobile phone number and home address.
• Dog details — information you provide about your dog(s) so we can care for them, such as name, breed, temperament, and vet contact.
• Booking and message activity — walk requests, scheduling, and messages you send through the site.

How we use your information

We use your information solely to operate the dog-walking service: scheduling and managing walks, communicating with you, and sending notifications you have asked to receive. We do not sell your personal information.

Mobile information & SMS

If you provide a mobile number and opt in, we send SMS notifications related to your account (for example, new booking requests and new messages). Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, or by turning the setting off in your account; reply HELP for help.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in data and consent are never sold or shared with anyone.

We use Twilio to deliver text messages and Resend to deliver email, acting only as our service providers to send these notifications on our behalf.

How your data is stored

Account and booking data is stored securely with our hosting and database provider (Supabase). We limit access to the information needed to run the service.

Your choices

You can update or remove your information, or close your account, by contacting us. To stop text messages, reply STOP or turn off the notification setting in your account.
