Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of Clean Bean Dog Walking ("Clean Bean," "we," "us") and our website at cleanbeanwalk.com. By creating an account or booking a walk, you agree to them.

The service

Clean Bean provides neighborhood dog-walking in the Edgcumbe Road area of St. Paul, MN. Walk requests are submitted through the site and are confirmed once we approve them. We may decline or cancel a request when we're unavailable.

Booking & payment

Prices are shown when you book. Payment is made by cash or Venmo after the walk. Please request walks at least 48 hours ahead. You can cancel a pending or upcoming walk from your account.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information about your dog and home access, to disclose any health or behavioral issues, and to ensure your dog is up to date on vaccinations. You confirm you are the owner or are authorized to arrange care for the dog.

Text messages

If you opt in to SMS, you consent to receive account-related text messages from Clean Bean. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time, or HELP for help. SMS opt-in is separate from and not required by these Terms — agreeing to these Terms does not opt you into text messages, and you can use Clean Bean Walks fully without ever receiving a text. Liability

We care for every dog as if they were our own, but Clean Bean is a small local service and provides walks on an as-is basis. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected walk. We are not responsible for pre-existing medical or behavioral conditions.
